Marie is a 21 years old architect from Moscow but now she studies in Master from Arch school Paris-Malaquais. She has studied in three different schools in Paris and interned at Antonio Bachour kitchen in Miami. More than two years, she creates architectural cakes. She draws sketches, creates models and molds by herself. After that, she created flavor composition, and then mirror glaze cakes.

For her, cakes are art objects. She is inspired by architecture, architects (Gehry, Le Corbusier, Gaudi, Utzon), architectural objects, artists, cities, materials, textures. She loves to draw chocolate panoramas and chocolate cities! At this moment, she is the Chef of the Moscow bakery and dedicates more time to it.
